Madame Tussauds London Celebrates Her Majesty’s Record Breaking Reign
Madame Tussauds London marked Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II becoming the longest reigning monarch in British history, by unveiling her lifelike wax figure wearing a refreshed recreation of her stunning Diamond Jubilee dress.
The expert wardrobe department has been hard at work on the dress for two months, a team of four spent a painstaking 150 hours sewing 53,000 new SWAROVSKI elements to the intricate white and silver lace gown.

Angry Birds Movie stars crash land in town for special appearance at Madame Tussauds London
The trio will be causing a commotion back at the attraction from Saturday May 7, when Madame Tussauds London opens its first digital experience, as animation and smart technology bring key moments from the movie to life in an astonishing 3D landscape. Guests get to interact with the birds, in their digital and physical forms, and use their mobile phones to take part in the action too.
Red, Chuck and Bomb will be starring at Madame Tussauds London until July, when they will be catapulting out of the UK to tour Madame Tussauds attractions around the world.

As you may already be aware, Madame Tussauds London can only admit three wheelchair users into the attraction at any one given time. As the attraction is based across different level floors and for guests to have the best experience and for their safety this allocation is in place. To guarantee entry and for guests not to be disappointed, it is essential to book in guests who will be in a wheelchair in advance.
Please note: At peak times, Madame Tussauds gets very busy, with queues of over an hour. We would advise visiting first thing in the morning, or after 3pm to avoid waiting for long periods.

April to July 2016 - Angry Birds Experience
A new experience starring larger than life figures of larger than life Angry Birds - Red, Chuck and Bomb, will open at Madame Tussauds London in the run up to the much anticipated release of The Angry Birds Movie. The unique digital experience will be in London from the end of April until July, before touring Madame Tussauds attractions around the world.
24th May 2016 - WARCRAFT
Launching at Madame Tussauds London to celebrate the release of Warcraft, one of the most hotly anticipated films of the year, Madame Tussauds, Legendary Pictures and WETA Workshop will bring to life the fantastical characters and epic sets in an experience to tour Madame Tussauds attractions globally from this May.
Opens 21st July 2016 - Sherlock Holmes: The Experience
Madame Tussauds London will bring the ever-fascinating world of fictional detective Sherlock Holmes vividly to life this summer, in a groundbreaking UK visitor attraction first. Opening permanently will be an innovative theatrical live walkthrough adventure. Visitors get to ‘don’ the great detective’s deerstalker to help Dr Watson find the enigmatic Sherlock in an interactive theatrical experience fusing storytelling; multi textured theatrical sets, illusion, actors, sound effects and spectacle.
